Terms of service

Once an online, written or verbal booking has been accepted and confirmed by Vicky Sarah, you, the client will have entered into an agreement to have a treatment based on the following terms and conditions.

Distance Healing and Communication session/s for your animal will be confirmed by email when payment is made in full and we will email you to confirm the booking time/s and date/s.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will also receive an email containing a client information form, which you must read over, sign and email back within 48 hours of the first session.  I will require you to provide a high resolution, clear, full body photo of your animal which will be used for the session.

All of my sessions are photo-based only — no live phone or video calls.

This approach creates a calm, focused connection with your animal and helps me tune in without distractions. After the session, you’ll receive all notes by email as a PDF within 2–3 hours.

Please note that cancellations and requests for refunds without rebooking will incur a £15 cancellation admin fee to cover the costs of processing the refund.
