Terms of service

Once an online, written or verbal booking has been accepted and confirmed by Vicky Sarah, you, the client will have entered into an agreement to have a treatment based on the following terms and conditions.

Distance Healing and Communication session/s for your animal will be confirmed by email when payment is made in full and we will email you to confirm the booking time/s and date/s.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will also receive an email containing information about animal healing and communication, and a client information form, which you must read over, sign and email back within 48 hours of the first session.  I will require you to provide a high resolution, clear, full body photo or two of your animal via email.

If you would like to watch the session/s for your animal as it happens, I am able to provide a link via Zoom. This service is available on request and you will require a Zoom account.

No refunds. You can reschedule your booking with a minimum of 24 hours notice given. Please email bookings@vickysarah.com.
